Orders are shipped 5-7 business days after the order is received Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. New launch orders can take up to 2 weeks (14 business days excluding weekends and holidays) to ship. A tracking number is emailed once the order is shipped.
Our goal at I.L.M.B. is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund, exchange it for another item or receive store credit (if past 30 days). Items NOT eligible for returns or exchanges include footwear, jewelry, swimwear, hat, caps, headbands, headwraps, mask, socks and final sale items. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Online purchases are not available for returns in the store.
Items must be in new condition as you received them, unworn/ or washed and in the original box and/or packaging, with tags attached and in packing/delivery bag. Items received that have deodorant marks, smells or stains will be charged a 50% cleaning fee of the purchase price per item.
All sale items are final sale.

- Login in to your ILMBwear account here
- Select the order to be exchanged/refunded
- Select exchange/refund
- Select item to exchange (if applicable)
- Select the same item or different item
- Select the reason for the exchange
- Click choose item. You’ll be redirected back to the site to select the new item for the exchange.
- Once item selected and size. Click exchange then view order.
- Verify that the form is correct. It can’t be undone once submitted.
- Click submit
- Allow 48 hours for the request to be accepted or denied. You’ll be notified via email.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org for questions or issues.
- If you did not login to place the order, you won’t be able to use this form. Download the RMA form (link below). Complete and return with your item. Failure to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form or online request form your return can be delayed for up to 30 days or more.
It’s recommended to get a tracking number when you send items back to ensure they’re received. Returns and exchanges are processed 10-14 business days after receiving.
