Orders are shipped 7-10 business days after the order is received Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. New launches and big sale event orders can take up to 3 weeks (21 business days excluding weekends and holidays) to ship. A tracking number is emailed once the order is shipped.
Exchanges & Returns
Our goal at I.L.M.B. Fitness is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange it for another item within 7 days of it being received. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Returns after 7 days will receive store credit only (valid for 1 year) NO REFUNDS. Items NOT eligible for returns or exchanges include underwear, footwear, jewelry, swimwear, hats, caps, headbands, helmets, headwraps, mask, socks and final sale items. Custom orders are NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Online purchases are not available for returns in the store.
Items purchased on sale or purchased with a discount code are only available for a store credit or exchange if available. NO REFUNDS. All final sale scroll items, items marked final sale, 50% off or more and end of season items are FINAL SALE. No refunds, store credits or exchanges. FINAL SALE.
If you receive FREE shipping (order over $200) and return your order (final order less than $200) for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Buyer is responsible for the shipping of an exchanged item and will be notified when the exchange is ready to ship.
Items must be in new condition as you received them, unworn/ or washed and in the original box and/or packaging, with tags attached and in packing/delivery bag. Items received that have deodorant marks, smells or stains will be charged a 50% cleaning fee of the purchase price per item.
To process a return complete the online return request form. See instructions below. If your return or exchange was on sale or your dashboard doesn’t give you the option to return or exchange complete the RMA not the online request form. If the form doesn’t have the order number it will NOT be processed.
- Login in to your ILMBwear account here
- Select the order to be exchanged/refunded
- Select exchange/refund
- Select item to exchange (if applicable)
- Select the same item or different item
- Select the reason for the exchange
- Click choose item. You’ll be redirected back to the site to select the new item for the exchange.
- Once item selected and size. Click exchange then view order.
- Verify that the form is correct. It can’t be undone once submitted.
- Click submit
- Allow 48 hours for the request to be accepted or denied. You’ll be notified via email.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org for questions or issues.
If you did not login to place the order, you won’t be able to use the on-line request. Download the RMA form (link below). Complete and return with your item.
If the form isn’t completely filled out with the order number the exchange or refund can’t be processed. MUST HAVE ORDER NUMBER ON THE FORM FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED.
It’s recommended to get a tracking number when you send items back to ensure they’re received. Returns and exchanges are processed 10-14 business days after receiving.
