This fan is absolutely amazing! It is definitely turbo and unlike other personal fans, it’s not just recirculating the air – it’s actually blowing cold air. There are multiple settings so you can go from ‘cool’ to turbo cold! Recently I needed the turbo cold and used the fan quite a bit. I was surprised to see that it was still almost fully charged by the end of the day. Once again, my friends were jealous of my ILMB product.
